Highlights
- Per-endpoint access method on Proxmox endpoints: choose API-only or API+SSH, with the selected transport enforced on the backend.
- Proxmox endpoint operator controls: Proxmox-side write-permission toggle, SSH credential-source selection (dedicated vs reused endpoint credentials), and a Fetch host key action that pins the SSH host-key fingerprint.
- Tenant allowlists for endpoint visibility, cluster-tenant inheritance for synced VMs, and bulk enable/disable of endpoints.
- PDM endpoint detail and Sync Now remote discovery; optional SDN inventory and sync, with NetBox 4.5 migration fixes.
- Firecracker serializer tenant handling tightened.
- REST API viewsets for PBS endpoints, PDM endpoints/remotes, DeletionRequest, and ProxmoxApplyJob (the last two remain read-only audit surfaces).
Compatibility
- NetBox 4.5.8 through 4.6.99 (validated against 4.5.8, 4.5.9, and 4.6.0 through 4.6.4).
- Python >= 3.12.
- Pairs with the separately deployed backend proxbox-api 0.0.19.post3 (communicates over REST/SSE/WebSocket; not a Python dependency), proxmox-sdk 0.0.12, and netbox-sdk 0.0.10.
